Terms of use

These terms cover use of the Kynvera operations platform at this host, including sign-in, modules, and generated documents.

The service

Kynvera is an operations workspace for the organisation that invited you. Access is granted by that organisation’s administrators, per person and per module. You may only use the account issued to you, and only for that organisation’s work.

Your account

Keep your password and any authenticator device private. Tell your administrator if you think the account has been misused. We may suspend access if activity looks abusive or if your organisation asks us to.

Content you submit

Inspections, tickets, HR forms, files, signatures, and other records you enter belong to the organisation that operates this workspace. Do not upload material you are not allowed to share with that organisation.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available, including an offline fallback for field use, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and faults can take the service down without notice.

Liability

The platform is provided for operational use as configured by your organisation. To the extent permitted by law, Kynvera is not liable for lost work, delayed approvals, or decisions made on the basis of records in the system. Your organisation’s own policies still apply to the work you do here.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product changes. The version on this page is the current one. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
